New CPU Specifications - Allows for Advanced HSR. The new high specifications with high speed clock frequency CPU is installed. Pouring the know-how knowledge only from KO into the software, created the Advanced HSR with high speed performance.	Jog Dial - Quicker menu access The new jog dial allows for quicker access to menu functions. The menu navigation and the increase/decrease of a set value can be quickly done without returning your finger to a key. You will be surprised at the convenience that this offers.
Larger Screen with backlight The larger screen offers more to see with a backlight function. Settings are now easier to see and navigation is simplified. The backlight feature can be turned on or off.	Multi Angle Wheel Extension (Optional) During an endurance race or even a short race, the balance and weight of the transmitter are important factors so that you do not think of the transmitter in your hand. The EX-10 Helios has achieved this. Changing the CG of the transmitter can change the way you feel while driving your car. This is one of the design concepts and the proof is in the feedback. Personalize - Color grips & Larger Grip (Optional) You can personalize your Helios with colored grips (available in red #16121 and blue #16129). Or if you are looking for a larger grip this is available also (only in dark gray #16132).	PC Interface Port & ICS PC Interface (Optional) The PC interface port (right) allows you to connect the Helios to your PC via the PC interface (left). The PC interface is sold separately as an option (#61001). You can also use this port on the Helios for the data expansion pack (optional). This allows you to have up to 25 model car memories in the Helios (#60225).

AM RF-Modules for the Mini-Z.

The AM RF-module will convert your Mars, Mars R or Helios into an AM system to control your Mini-Z. This gives you all of the fine tuning that is available in these radios and applies it to the Mini-Z. Certain chassis modes require different settings from the transmitter. Please look at the chart below for compatibilities.

I must say I'm very impressed with the KoPropo EX-10 Helios controller, even though it's rather expensive, I think it is well worth the purchase price. I've only had mine for a short time and it has been very easy to use, however, you must take the time to read the manual and understand how the menu system and programing work to totally enjoy the features of the EX-10 Helios. Once you've done this, you're set.

My first impression is how good it feels in my hand, very comfortable. So many adjustments which you can choose as you wish, the LCD screen has a contrast adjustment as well as a backlight feature making the screen very easy to read even without the backlight on. Again to illustrate the degree of adjustment of many functions, there are two levels to adjust the steering trim, Sub Trim which allows you to center the steering servo in a neutral position and then Center Trim which you can adjust using the E1 lever on the controller to fine trim the steering on the fly, very cool. This same type of adjustment is available for the throttle on gas powered vehicles as well as many others. There are too many adjustments for me to discuss in this review. It is also very easy programing in individual model names in the model memory using the included alphabet and symbol menu, once again you just need to carefully read the manual.

All in all if you can afford the $239.99, go for it, you'll have no regrets!
