This is an excellent soldering station. It's compact and works really well.

The temperature control unit (base) is the 936 part. I am not sure which iron this ships with but it typically comes with the 907 or 906 (Medium and Large irons, respectively). I use a 907 iron with a very small chisel tip to do all of my FET work. I use a slightly larger chisel tip for soldering motor wires, PCB wires, etc.

Just make sure you know which iron you are getting (907 vs. 906) and check the availability of tips before you buy so you know what your options are. For most Mini-Z work it doesn't really matter but I like the smaller iron (and smaller tip) for doing FET work.
