Author: Grahm Erlandson (Grahm.Erlandson@gmail.com) First off I will say this is much better than the stock tie rod because this one is made of an aluminum alloy. Which means it is built to last longer. Plus this is competitively priced. It is a very good idea to pair an alloy tie rod with some alloy knuckles to have very precise steering.
This one in particular has a toe in of + 2. If you don’t know what toe in is, read the following information.
Toe in and toe out is the front end alignment of the tires. Each has their pros and cons. Toe in makes the front end of the tires point slightly inwards this makes it have less speed through a turn but gives the car less wonder as it goes down a straight away. Toe out will basically do the opposite. If you know you race with many turns you should go with more toe in. If you race on tracks with more straights you would be better off with toe out.
