All returns must be received within 30 days of original order transaction. All returned items must be unopened and unused in their original packaging and in new condition. Tiny RC, Inc. reserves the right to determine whether or not returned items meet the criteria for a full refund.
All returns require a Support Ticket and authorization by Tiny RC, Inc. in order to be processed. Please include a printed copy of your Support Ticket with the Return, as the Support Ticket Number acts as your Return Authorization Number. Please make sure that your Order Number is referenced in your Support Ticket.
For missing parts or defective merchandise, please open a Support Ticket. Most manufacturers prefer to work directly with Customers to correct these issues, but Tiny RC will act as your advocate and assist you in the process.
Packages should be shipped via Insured USPS Priority mail, or another traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Tiny RC is not responsible for return shipping costs and will not accept any returns via C.O.D.

Please note that for orders that qualify for our offer of "Free Priority
Shipping for US Orders over $100", Tiny RC reserves the right to ship
these packages via US Postal Service Parcel Select at their discretion.
This shipping method substitution will only be made in cases where the
packages are over sized and/or heavy. Packages shipped via this method
will still be sent at no cost to the customer, and the customer will be
provided with a USPS tracking number for their order. The delivery time
frame for these packages is generally longer than that of the estimated
2-3 business days for USPS Priority Mail and Tiny RC will attempt to
notify the customer if this substitution has been made.
